Call to participate in the mentorship program MAP It created by America House Kyiv

1 february, 2021

Want to find the way to achieve your professional goals? If you think a mentor can help you in this aspiration, join the MAP It program — an innovative, outcome-based mentoring program developed at America House in collaboration with Executive Business Coach Rania Anderson.

Mentorship relationships can be important levers to build competencies, confidence, and leadership in both mentors and mentees. Our mentors are qualified professionals working as managers, directors and specialists of Ukrainian and international NGOs (International Republican Institute; IREX; EuroBalkan Youth Forum; International Centre for Peace, Human Rights and Development in Africa; CANactions; Artefact art-project; EdCamp Ukraine), businesses (I+J, Pryvit Media Production, SPREAD, Happy Monday), as well as diplomats and experienced international relations specialists from the U.S. Embassy Kyiv.

 Apply if you:
  • have a particular professional goal to achieve;
  • have 1 to 4 years of working experience;
  • need a mentor and understand how they can help you achieve your goal;
  • speak good English;
  • are able to commit to attend every session and implement your Mentoring Action Plan (MAP).

Application deadline: February 7.
The application form is available at the following link
The participation is free of charge. The working language of the program will be English.
