On October 7, The Naked Room gallery presents Katya Buchatska's exhibition "A VERY PERSONAL SHOW". Katya Buchatska (b.1987) lives and works in Kyiv.

«For “A very personal show” Katya is preparing a complex installation, consisting of different works, which were created during the last 10 years. Paintings, watercolors, photos, objects, vario-images and so uncommon for today's gesso technique – a viewer will be opened to the story of Katya’s studio work, which for various reasons wasn’t displayed before. Such the personal step she has decided to make exactly in The Naked Room exhibition.
In recent years, Katya was extremely active in different kinds of projects. In 2019 she created a new work for the Biennale of Young Art in Kharkiv (2019). In the same year, the artist took a part in the Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop residence in Scotland with the support of the Exter program of the Ukrainian Institute. In 2020 Katya was nominated for PinchukArtCentre Prize. Currently, there is the exhibition “Dot, line, possibilities”, which represents the works of the artists with development features and is curated by Katya. In the summer of the 2020 year, Katya became a participant and curator of the educational program of the Land art Symposium “Mogritsa. Border space”.»
